We want to make your stay as comfortable and personalized as we can for you and your guests. Listed below are services that we are pleased to offer or arrange for you during your stay. We know that there may be services not listed on this document, so just let us know what your requests are and we will make every attempt to make them come true.

Stock the Pantry

Allow us to set up the pantry and refrigerator for your arrival with all of your favorites, affording you the luxury of simply arriving at the villa and unwinding in comfort, knowing that everything that you need is already on site. How about flowers?

Personal Chef Services

The estate comfortably seats 14 at the round table in the dining room, or 8 at the informal Kitchen Table. The manager of the estate, Melissa Phillips is available for dinner parties for 2-20 guests. Other Chefs may be available for more casual dining experiences, please inquire.

Melissa Phillips began her education under the tutelage of her Danish mother and her father, both exceptional cooks and gracious masters of entertaining. In 1995 Melissa graduated with honors from The Culinary Art Institute of Atlanta and continued to hone her craft at the American Embassy in Den Hague and at well-respected restaurants in Atlanta Georgia, Jackson Hole Wyoming and Sonoma Valley. She has traveled extensively, especially in Italy to learn more about the style, grace and history of good food. Her style of cooking is focused on fresh, local, sustainable ingredients and a passion for making food that creates lasting memories. She helps direct the organic garden on the property, assisted with the first Olive Oil crush in the fall of 2007 and became a Beekeeper in spring of 2008.

In House Spa Services

We can set appointments for in-house, personalized spa treatments, including facials, massages and more with local professionals, tailored to your needs. We maintain a relationship with some of the best in the business. Book in advance for preferred appointment times and dates. If you prefer, we can recommend and reserve appointments at one of the exceptional local spas in the area as well.

Area Dining Reservations

Allow us to make dinner recommendations and reservations for you and your family or guests at local establishments. We have a list of our favorites; from the best burger in town to the most exciting newcomer, or an un-paralleled 5-star dining experience. Please call in advance for preferred reservation times and dates, especially during the busy crush and summer seasons.

Childcare Services

We recommend Nannies of the Valley as our preferred service provider for your children. They are friendly, fun, experienced and bonded.

Limo and Shuttle Services

We can make reservations for a car, limo or other transportation services for you, based on your needs.

Wine Country Tours or Classes

Take a local wine-tasting class or visit local world-class wineries. There are many options available, depending on your focus in wine. We can set up a personalized tour, based on your favorites and must-taste list, or if you prefer, we can set up a wine-tasting in the privacy of the Villa and have local Professionals come to you for a personalized experience.

Cooking Class

We can offer a cooking class on property for you and 5 guests. We will pick a menu together and then create a class that focuses on the dishes or the techniques that you wish to focus on.

Golf

There are fantastic golf courses in the area, so tell use your preferences and we will set up a tee time for you.

Flowers and Gift Baskets

We can recommend the best in town, whether it is traditional or non-traditional arrangements that you seek. We also can create a unique gift basket for you or your guests based on your personal wishes.

Hot Air balloon Rides

This is a wonderful way to see the glories of the wine country. Floating, serenly above the valley, with snacks and wine. This is an event that won’t be forgotten soon!
