Accommodations
There are three well appointed bedrooms;
The Master Bedroom
The master bedroom faces east and has a queen-size bed with premium linens
and down comforter, stone fireplace, luxurious tub, two, separate sinks, a
shower and views of the garden and pool. Wisteria vines provide the canopy over
the French doors leading to the walkway towards the pool and garden. There is
another door leading from the master bath to a small lawn, lined with fig trees,
an apple tree and outfitted with a large hammock.
The Downstairs Guestroom
The downstairs guestroom has French doors leading out into the courtyard, the
sound of trickling water from the fountain and the lights at night are soothing.
The scent of citrus blossoms and vines that line the courtyard are heady in the
summer months. The bed is queen-sized with premium linens, down comforter and
high-definition television with a Blue-ray player. The bathroom has three
connected sinks, a shower and a view of the herb garden.
The Upstairs Guestroom
The upstairs guestroom has a king-size bed, with premium linens, down
comforter, overlooking the southern side of the property and is connected via a
staircase to the game room The bath has a shower and overlooks the kiwi vines
leading to the main house. This room also has a balcony that wraps around it as
well as a fold-out couch that can be converted into a full-size bed, with
premium linens and a down comforter.
The Game Room
The Game room is across from the kitchen area and has a billiards table, dart
board, flat screen television with premium sound and plenty of board and lawn
games. We have movies on hand for you to view, or feel free to bring your own.
The Kitchen
The Kitchen is dreamy, outfitted with a double Viking range, two convection
ovens and a grill and flattop, as well as all major appliances; microwave,
blender, cusisinart, coffeemaker etc. Chef tools and knifes are sharpened and at
the ready for your meal after a trip to the garden or local markets. The dining
table in the kitchen seats 8, and there are stool around the preparation counter
as well. The main dining area seats fourteen at a large gorgeous wood table,
overlooking the fireplace and living area.
Other features of the property include:
- A telephone in every room, connected with intercom
- Wi-Fi connection property-wide
- In the kitchen the main stereo provides music for all areas of the
estate, both indoors and out, with the exception of the upstairs guestroom.
There is a compact disc player as well as an iPod, connecter cable.
